Here's a new feature I'm bringing to The King of Sports Blog. Every week you will email me, bradwolff@fanvsfan.com, every team that you believe will win in the NFL. Picks are due at noon on the first day of the NFL week (either Thursday or Sunday, with exceptions). This week picks are due Sunday, but if you want credit for today's game, all picks are due prior to the Saints-Packers kickoff. All Thursday games, including today, are optional. Each week, your picks will go up against other people in the contest and simulation of Madden 12. In order to win, you will need to defeat Madden 12 and all other pickers. In order to win the contest at the end of the season you must have more correct picks than every other player and Madden 12. The requirements for the contest are the following:
- You must follow @Brad_Wolff and @FanVsFan on Twitter and mention to both of them that you are now following and entered the contest
- You must like www.Facebook.com/tkosb and post as a status on your account that your friends should like the page (you can tag the page by pressing the @ key and then typing in The King of Sports Blog Fan Page)
- You must make a bi-weekly mention/status saying to check out www.TheKingofSportsBlog.com
In your email entry today, include your Facebook and/or Twitter name. If you don't have one of them, no worries. You can be disqualified if you don't follow those requirements or if your other actions are deemed inappropriate to continue the contest.
THE WINNER OF THE CONTEST WILL BE ABLE TO CO-HOST A THEKINGOFSPORTSBLOG RADIO SHOW WITH BRAD. 2ND, 3RD, AND 4TH PLACE PLAYERS WILL REQUEST THEIR PRIZE.
My opening day pick is Saints over the Packers by the score of 31-28!
